PELCO Diamond Suspension, Monocrystalline

PELCO Monocrystalline Diamond Suspensions are formulated in a water soluble base carrier with carefully cleaned and graded diamond powder to ensure tight particle size distribution around the given average size for fast polishing rates with minimal possibility of scratching.

The carrier medium mix has been designed for optimal lubricity and viscosity to achieve the desired cutting rate.
At the same time, it can be easily dispensed from a spray bottle by hand or from an automated dispensing system with no further dilution or additional extending fluid needed.
Plus being water soluble, PELCO Diamond Suspensions are readily cleaned off from the polished sample, the polishing machine and the polishing cloth as needed, with soapy water.

Available in all the below listed average particle sizes in 16oz. or 1 gallon refill bottles for your existing spray bottles or dispensing system.
