Membrane Boxes
Store/Ship/Transfer delicate, sensitive articles between soft elastic membranes
Polystyrene plastic boxes with micro thin, flexible polyurethane membranes top and bottom.
The plastic membranes form around the enclosed object and hold it securely.
Small products or large may be held firmly within various box sizes. Semiconductor, machine parts, electron microscopy parts or materials, samples, and many other applications.
Note: Membrane area listed is actual area.
The item(s) held in the membrane area must be smaller than the membrane area, depending on the thickness of the item(s) held.
139-66 and 139-67 are double hinged with two yellow clips
139-51 and 139-52 have two separable parts held together with two clear clips, 180° apart
139-58 is double hinged with one yellow clip, shown holding a silicon wafer – a similar construction to 139-56 and 139-63.
139-62 and 139-64 are single hinged with one yellow clip.

139-61 has a separable membrane lid that forms a snug fit when pushed/snaped onto the membrane base, no hinges, latches or clips are used. Press both sides to un-snap and remove lid.
